I’m Louise. I’m a 24 year old Scottish girl from Glasgow who’s now settled down in Edinburgh.. I’m just your average twenty-something female! I graduated university with a degree in English Literature (hence my love to write things down) and am now working an office job, I.E sitting on my butt all day!

I decided to start this blog as I’d always struggled with my weight and body image but my true journey to a happier, healthier me began in January 2016. I was fed up of following fad diets and restricting my food intake, so I decided it was time to make some big changes in my life. I had little to no knowledge on how to fuel my body properly and I had no idea what I was doing in the gym but one thing I did have in abundance was determination and a real desire to turn things around for myself.

I don’t claim to be a qualified nutritionist or a personal trainer but everything I have tried and written about is real. It worked for me and it’s a lot more relatable for those just starting out on their own fitness journey.

I completely changed my life in just 100 days. I was stuck in a rut; either bingeing or restricting food, dependent on my mood. I would drink too much and I was just miserable. I hated my body and my relationship with food and exercise was a tumultuous one! Little over a year since I completed my first cycle of 100 days, I now lead a very active and healthy lifestyle, where I’m completing my personal goals through hard work, commitment and consistency. That’s what the 100 days offers – an opportunity to make the changes you may have always talked about making.

I have expanded my knowledge through extensive reading and involvement with others in the industry. I’ve learned and progressed through my own personal journey and now I want to help others do the same. If I’ve inspired you at all to make changes to your lifestyle, try 100 days and become a healthier you!

Happy Reading!

  1. Hi Louise!
You are so inspiring! I can relate because I am a college student studying computer science and it has turned me into a sedentary pile of mush. Before I re-entered the academic world, I was a swim coach and very active so it was a dramatic change. I love your concept of making big changes in 100 days. I am looking forward to following you and reading more!
