I wasn’t feeling too hungover which meant we could get out and enjoy the Scottish heatwave – it’s actually only around 15 degrees. Brandon and I had breakfast and a coffee and then went for a long walk around the Royal Botanical Gardens. We live round the corner yet had never been before. It was gorgeous! If you’re ever in Edinburgh at a loose end then I would highly recommend it.

After our walk my hip was a bit sore so we came home and chilled out, watching our favourite tv shows. We had a little bit of a higher carb day than normal as I based todays meals around using up leftovers and we’d worked up an appetite with all the walking!
