Day Five- R&R

I had a day off today which was more than welcomed after a late night getting home from Russell Howard in Glasgow. 

I had bought guests passes for Brandon’s gym so we could go and use the pool and spa together, so that’s what we did later on in the afternoon. I was a little bit naughty and walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes before my swim and it turned out to be a bad idea. My hip was really sore afterwards. 


  • 30g Cornflakes w/ Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 2 Egg Omelette w/ Chorizo, Mushrooms and Light Cheddar
  • 30g Bran Flakes w/ Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 3 Chicken Sausages w/ Sainsbury’s Spicy Mexican Rice
