I woke up at 5am this morning feeling pretty pissed off if I’m being honest. There’s a few things going on in my personal life which I’m not going to bore anyone with. Despite the bad mood, I had a great, really productive workout. Apparently anger helps you lift heavy weights and my new bright purple leggings helped too. I’m still not well enough to run so it was another weights session this morning and I’m starting to worry I’ll never go back to logging miles on the treadmill as I’m loving strength training A LOT!
My intake for the day was:
- 2 Apples
- 2 Nutrigrain Granola Bars
- 2 Warburton’s Thins w/ Ham
- Chicken and Sweet Potato
- Dry Bread Roll
- Thai Sweet Chilli Velvet Crunch
I got home from work and my head was absolutely pounding (it still is) as my sinuses are playing up. It feels like my entire face is going to explode. It made me feel so sick that I skipped dinner and ended up snacking later on in the evening – something I won’t be doing again. I’m going to go and try to sleep this off.
