Day Fifty One – Don’t Let You Beat You

I have not let last week beat me. I’m back to working out hard and eating well, and it’s paying off! I feel great again! My tummy is happier and I’m not bloated from eating crap food.

I ran 6km on the treadmill this morning, with 2km of that being interval sprints. I am experimenting with sprints to see if it affects my speeds on long runs and if it has any impact on fat-loss.

My intake for the day was:

  • Nutrigrain Granola Bar
  • Nutrigrain Raisin Bake
  • Apple
  • 2 x Chicken w/ Rice and Salad
  • Black Grapes
  • SnackaJacks

I have another night to myself this evening in the flat. I’m missing Brandon whilst he is away with work but there’s something nice about being alone with your thoughts. I feel completely relaxed and I’m keeping my head in the game.
